Green Chili Rice
Green Chili Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 lb. cubed cheddar cheese and 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and cool rice.
Mix together with sour cream.
Spread half of the mixture in a buttered casserole (fits well in a 1 1/2-quart Corning).
Spread cubed cheese and chilies on rice. Cover with the remaining rice mixture.
