Greek Lemon Soup
Greek Lemon Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon, 4 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice, 3 eggs and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Into large saucepan, dissolve bouillon in water; add rice. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
In small bowl, beat eggs and lemon juice.
Gradually stir about 1/2 cup hot bouillon mixture into eggs; stir into hot soup.
Serve immediately.
