Gina's Chili
Gina'S Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or ground round, 1 large green pepper, 3 stalks peeled celery, 1 lb. whole or diced tomatoes and 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat while cutting veggies.
Wash, drain and then boil veggies.
Drain veggies and mix all ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. After draining veggies, I cook on high a few minutes to get all the water out of them (keep stirring).
Then I mix all ingredients.
You can add more veggies, sauces and spices as you like.
