Boil giblet and neck bone in lightly salted water until tender.
(Pressure cook for about 15 minutes is better.) Cool and remove from neck bone, cut it and the giblets into very small pieces and set aside.
Break up sausage roll(s) in a large heated skillet.
Fat; add onions and celery. Saute lightly.
Add giblets, apples, walnuts, raisins, stuffing mix and chicken broth.
Well, heating it through. Allow to cool before stuffing.
Do not stuff turkey until just before putting turkey in oven.
