Garlic Flank Steak

Score flank steak on both sides.
Place meat in plastic bag; set in a bowl.
For marinade, in a bowl combine vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, cooking oil, garlic and red pepper.
Pour over meat in bag.
Place in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.
Preheat broiler.
Meanwhile, place meat on rack in broiler pan.
Boil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Brush with marinade.
Broil 3 to 5 minutes more.
Place on platter.
Thinly slice meat diagonally across grain.
