Garden Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 count) cans crescent rolls, 3/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing, 16 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix and 1 c. finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, green bell peppers, cucumbers, onions and 1 or 2 tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Unroll crescent rolls.
Separate into rectangles.
Spread on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Press edges and perforations to seal.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
