Fruit Pizza
Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 roll pillsbury sugar cookie dough, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 6 tbsp. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves and 1 pineapple ring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sugar cookie dough needs to be room temperature.
Pat into a 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Put cream cheese in a small bowl, heat in microwave on Low for 2 minutes. Stir in 4 tablespoons sugar.
Spread on crust.
Drain apricots, reserving 2/3 cup syrup.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine cornstarch, remaining sugar and spices.
Stir in reserved syrup and jelly.
Cook, uncovered, on High in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until boiling.
Arrange fruit on top of pizza, beginning in center with pineapple rings, arrange raspberries around pineapple, then apricot halves and then strawberries.
Spoon syrup over fruit; chill.
Cut into wedges.
