Fruit Cocktail Cake

Mix together sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs and fruit cocktail. Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then mix brown sugar and chopped nuts; put on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
