Fruit Cocktail Cake
Fruit Cocktail Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. oil, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. When cake is done, immediately spread this mixture on top.
Let cool and cut into squares.
