Fried Rice
Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. oil, 6 green onions, sliced, 1 pkg. frozen green peas, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oil in wok or skillet.
Stir in onion and cook 2 minutes. Add peas.
Stir in rice.
Coat with oil and peas.
Stir 2 to 3 minutes. Pour beaten eggs over rice.
Cook, stirring often, until eggs are set.
Mix soy sauce and sugar.
Add and stir.
Season to taste.
