Fresh Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Fresh Apple Cinnamon Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and salt in large bowl.
Beat egg with milk.
Stir in apple and butter.
Add all at once to flour mixture; stir just until moistened (batter will be stiff).
Fill 12 buttered 2 1/2-inch muffin cups 2/3 full.
Combine nuts, brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle over each muffin.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately.
Serve warm. Makes 1 dozen.
