French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 onions, sliced thin, 1/4 c. butter, 4 c. beef bouillon, 12 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions in butter until soft.
Add salt, toss well. (Onions should be golden brown, not dark.)
Add hot bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Ladle into heat-proof soup bowls.
Top each with piece of toasted French bread.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese on top of each.
Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes at 300Β°.
