French Onion Soup
French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 medium onions, sliced thin, 2 tsp. margarine, 1 can onion soup, 1 loaf french bread and provolone or natural or swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onions in margarine until soft, do not brown.
Add soups and water.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Use 3/4-inch slice of French bread, dried in oven, for each serving.
Place bread in soup bowl.
Fill with soup.
Place slice of Provolone, Natural or Swiss cheese on top.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 6 servings.
