Finger Salad Or Vegetable Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. active dry yeast and 1 small egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool to lukewarm.
Sprinkle yeast into 1/4 cup very warm water.
Let stand a few minutes, then stir until dissolved. Add yeast and egg to butter mixture.
Then add flour and salt; mix well.
Pour on well-greased sheet cake pan and press evenly. Fingers need to be very greasy.
Bake at 325Β° until done, just golden brown.
Add the dressing mix to sour cream and spread on dough.
Top with vegetables and cheese.
Cut in pieces and serve.
