Fajitas
Fajitas is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. turkey, chicken or pork, cut into strips, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1/2 tsp. ground oregano, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin and 1 tbsp. lawry's seasoning salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Marinate meat, using the garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, orange juice, vinegar for 15 minutes.
In a Dutch oven, onion, bell pepper and meat for 5 minutes; set aside.
(or oil) in a skillet and heat. Quickly tortilla and form into a taco.
Place on paper towels to drain.
Don't overcook and make it too crisp. Ladle meat into shells and garnish with cheese and lettuce.
