Fajita Pot Roast
Fajita Pot Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. fajita meat, 1 (3 oz.) bag fajita seasoning, 1 (8 oz.) bottle lime juice, 1 1/2 onions, chopped and 2 green peppers, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Marinate fajita meat in fajita seasoning and lime juice for at least 1 hour.
Put roast in roasting pan with the onions, green peppers and celery.
Pour over top the picante sauce.
