English Muffin Bread
English Muffin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Stir flour, sugar, yeast and baking soda together.
Heat 2 cups of milk and 1/4 cup water.
Add to dry mixture; beat well. Stir in enough flour to make stiff batter (about 2 1/4 cups).
May substitute wheat flour here, if preferred.
Spoon into 2 greased pans dusted with cornmeal.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes, until well brown.
