English Muffin Bread
English Muffin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, divided, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Add warm milk and water.
Beat on low speed for 30 seconds and on high speed for 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining flour.
Dough will be stiff.
Do not knead.
Grease 2 loaf pans; sprinkle with cornmeal.
Spoon batter into pans.
Sprinkle cornmeal on top.
Cover; let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately; cool on rack.
Slice and toast.
