Enchiladas
Enchiladas is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 soft flour tortillas, 3/4 lb. ground beef, 1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese, 3/8 c. sliced green onion and 3/8 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown and drain ground beef.
Remove from heat.
Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese, the green onion, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and reserve.
Heat remaining ingredients except olives to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Spoon about 1/4 cup beef mixture onto each tortilla; roll tortilla around filling.
Arrange in ungreased oblong baking dish.
Pour sauce over enchiladas.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cook uncovered in 350Β° oven until bubbly.
Garnish with olives.
