Crisp Lemon Cookies
Crisp Lemon Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding in it, 1 c. rice krispies, 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine all ingredients, working quickly so that the butter does not harden.
Roll into 1-inch balls and then flatten.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool 1 minute, then remove from sheet.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
