Creamy Pumpkin Dessert
Creamy Pumpkin Dessert is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with roll pillsbury sugar cookie dough, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, c. sugar, eggs and . vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Slice cookie dough thin and place on bottom, sides and corners of 13 x 9-inch pan (do not grease or flour).
Pack way up.
Cream the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of cookie dough.
Mix together the 1 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 eggs and spice, then add pumpkin and evaporated milk.
Mix well and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 370Β° for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into center, dry.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
Garnish with whipped cream.
