Cream of Carrot Soup
Cream Of Carrot Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 4 or 5 carrots, 1 onion, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
Add finely chopped carrots and onion and
1 teaspoon salt.
Cook slowly for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup rice and 4 cups chicken bouillon.
Minutes or until carrots and rice are tender.
Strain soup through fine sieve or process in a blender.
Return the pan and add 2 cups more bouillon.
Bring to a boil and add 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon butter.
