Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 bunches of broccoli, 1 stick butter or margarine, flour, salt and pepper and 3 chicken bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook broccoli in water till tender.
In a separate pot melt butter and add enough flour to thicken.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk slowly to make a sauce of desired consistency.
Bouillon cubes and some of the water from broccoli, careful not to make it too thin.
Add 1 jar of cheese whiz, mixing till cheese melts.
Add broccoli slowly, don't mix too hard or broccoli will break.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
