Cream Cheese Salad
Cream Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime jello, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, 1/2 to 1 pt. cottage cheese, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 small pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello 1 in cup hot water.
Add pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup.
When jello begins to congeal, add pineapple, cottage cheese and marshmallows.
Stir thoroughly; pour into shallow dish.
When completely congealed, mix mayonnaise with cream cheese and spread on top.
