Cranberry Fruit Salad
Cranberry Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. chopped fine celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a pan, mix the juice from pineapple, 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling and pour over jello in bowl and stir well.
Break up cranberry with a fork and stir into jello. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
Stir in celery and pineapple.
Nuts optional.
Pour into a 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Serves 8.
