Beat cream cheese, sesame oil, soy sauce and pepper until smooth.
Mix in chives and crab.
Fill wontons with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
In a wok, heat 1 to 1 1/2 inches of oil to 350°.
Fry 4 to 6 wontons at a time until golden.
If made ahead of time, wrap airtight and freeze.
To reheat, arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Serve with plum sauce for dipping.
