Salt and pepper chicken pieces.
Beat milk with water and eggs.
Soak chicken in milk mixture for 10 minutes.
Mix flour and paprika in heavy paper bag.
Drain chicken, then shake pieces in bag until all are well coated.
Heat oil in a Dutch oven to 360Β°; shake excess flour from chicken.
Fry, turning, until brown on all sides, about 20 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot or cold.
