Coleslaw Salad
Coleslaw Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. vinegar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cold water, vinegar and salt.
Chill until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in vegetables.
Pour into 4 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Serves 8.
