Cindy's Sweet-n-Sour Steak
Cindy'S Sweet-N-Sour Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 8 oz. and 3 tbsp. water, 4 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil in medium to hot skillet; add steak, cut into thin strips, and brown on all sides, stirring frequently.
Lower heat; add celery and green peppers, cut into thin strips, and onion. Cook until celery is tender, but crunchy.
Add pineapple, syrup, vinegar and 8 ounces water.
Heat until bubbling.
Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water; pour into bubbling mix and stir until desired thickness.
