Chuck's Chili
Chuck'S Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. steak (beef, pork or venison), 1 large onion, 1 large green pepper and 2 to 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut steak into cubes and small strips.
Cube onion and green pepper.
In a large frying pan, brown all the meat with 1/2 of the onion and green pepper over low heat.
As the meat is browning, add chili powder, basil, celery seed and 1/2 of the garlic.
Add salt, pepper and Texas Pete to taste.
Also add cumin and cayenne pepper.
Cut jalapeño into rings and add to meat as it cooks.
