Chuck Roast Au Gratin
Chuck Roast Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 3-1/2 lb. chuck roast 2 inches thick, 6 med. potatoes, peeled and cut in halves, 3 or 4 small onions, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trim fat from meat and place in large baking pan.
Roast at 350Β° for 1 hour and spoon off fat.
Arrange potatoes and onions around roast.
Pour soup over all.
Cover and bake 2 hours more or until meat and potatoes are tender.
