Christmas Fudge
Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1/4 c. karo syrup, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, milk, syrup and salt in saucepan; mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and sugar dissolves.
Cook to 238°, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool to 110° without stirring. Beat until mixture loses its gloss and a small amount dropped from a spoon will hold its shape.
Quickly stir in pecans, coconut and cherries.
Pour into slightly greased pan, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Let cool and cut into squares.
