Christmas Chicken
Christmas Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and skinned, 1/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 4 tbsp. butter and 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Coat chicken pieces with flour and salt.
Melt butter in skillet.
Place chicken in skillet; turn once.
Separately, combine all other ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken in skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat for 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken is tender.
Serves 4 nicely.
