Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza
Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda, 3/4 c. brown sugar and 3/4 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In medium size bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and oatmeal.
Set aside.
In separate mixing bowl combine sugars, eggs, vanilla and butter flavored Crisco.
Beat until creamed.
Gradually add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon mixture onto foil lined 14 inch pizza pan.
Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool.
Invert cooled cookie onto back side of another pizza pan, then flip over onto serving tray.
Decorate with frosting if desired.
