Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. finely crushed oreo cookies (approximately 18 cookies), 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed (not evaporated) milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 300Β°. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add condensed milk; beat until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In a small bowl, toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour until the chips are coated; stir into cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle remaining chips evenly on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cake should spring back when touched lightly---then it's done!! Cool at room temperature.
Keep in pan until you serve.
Refrigerate later.
