Chinese Pepper Steak
Chinese Pepper Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. sirloin (1-inch thick), 1/4 c. crisco oil, 1 garlic clove, crushed, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut steak into 1-inch strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and ginger.
Saute until garlic is golden.
Add steak slices and brown.
Remove meat from skillet. Add peppers and onions.
Saute until tender.
Place meat back in skillet; add other ingredients and heat.
Serve over rice and/or noodles.
