Chinese Barbecued Pork
Chinese Barbecued Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. dry red wine, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. honey and 2 tsp. red food coloring (optional; looks nicer with), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine all ingredients in Ziploc bag.
Add pork; mix well and refrigerate 3 to 10 hours (or overnight), turning occasionally. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
Place pork on wire rack over baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven (350Β°), turning and basting often until cooked through, approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Slice into thin diagonal slices.
