Chilled Tortellini Salad
Chilled Tortellini Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. tri-colored cheese tortellini, 1 (5 oz.) can black olives, pitted, 1 (4 or 5 oz.) jar or can broiled mushrooms, 1 bottle italian dressing and grated italian cheese (your choice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Drain and put into bowl.
Empty olives and mushrooms in a chopper and chop to desired coarseness; mix into bowl of pasta.
Add salad dressing and grated cheese and toss well (salad dressing and grated cheese as desired).
Refrigerate 1 hour or until cold.
Serve and enjoy!
