Chili Sauce
Chili Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 gal. peeled ripe tomatoes, 2 c. ground onions, 6 large bell peppers, ground, 9 hot peppers, ground and 3 button garlic, ground, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients in large 3 gallon pan; cook until mixture comes to rolling boil.
Turn heat down until sauce is barely boiling and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir often, but sauce must be stirred constantly almost all of the last hour to keep from sticking.
Store in 12 (1/2 pint) Mason jars.
