Chili Con Queso
Chili Con Queso is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, minced, 4 tbsp. butter, 4 oz. can green chilies, 2 tbsp. flour and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer until thick.
Add chilies.
Make sauce with remaining butter, flour and cream.
Add cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes (approximately).
Cook until smooth and thick.
Then add to tomato mixture.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Serve warm in chafing dish with chips.
