Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion, 1 medium green pepper, 1 lb. ground beef and 1/2 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil and add onion, pepper, beef and garlic.
Add tomato sauce, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, oregano and salt. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
(If mixture is too thick, add water.)
Stir in the beans and cover and simmer for 5 minutes, until the beans are heated.
Add half of the juice from the beans while cooking.
