Chili Chip Casserole
Chili Chip Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onion (1 medium), 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown ground beef until crumbly.
Add onion, chili seasoning mix, tomato paste and water.
Combine thoroughly.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Place 1/2 bag (about 2 cups) corn chips in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
Spoon 1/2 chili meat mixture over corn chips. Place 1/2 can pinto beans over meat mixture, then place 1 can olives over beans.
Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese.
Repeat the meat, pinto beans and olive layers.
Arrange remaining corn chips over top and sprinkle with remaining cup grated cheese. Cover and bake in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
