Chili Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and chili powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Set cheese out for 1 hour to soften.
Mix all ingredients well, setting aside 1/4 cup of nuts.
Divide mix into 2 parts and roll each into a large ball.
Roll in reserved nuts.
