Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. each: chopped onion, celery and green pepper, 2 minced cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 (28 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown beef in skillet; drain and combine with all other ingredients in Dutch oven and bring to boil.
Then simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Or you may prepare in crock-pot and let simmer all day long.
