Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. chopped zucchini and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Lightly fry onion, green pepper, zucchini and garlic in olive oil, then place in with kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Add chili powder, cumin seed, oregano, parsley flakes, curry powder and ground pepper.
Ground beef in olive oil, adding salt as needed.
Drain grease and place meat in pot.
Bring all to boil, then simmer at least 30 minutes.
