Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 med. onions, chopped, 1 green pepper (optional), 1/2 c. celery, 2 lbs. lean ground beef and 1- 15 oz. can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a Dutch oven, cook ground beef until browned.
Add in onions, green peppers, and celery; cook until tender (about 5 min.).
Stir in tomatoes, sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
