Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 boiled chicken, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup, 1 stick melted margarine and 2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Remove chicken from the bone and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix margarine, flour and buttermilk or sweet milk.
Bring soup and broth to a boil.
Remove from heat and pour over chicken. Pour flour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown, then at 450° for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serves 8.
