Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts or 1 whole fryer, cooked and boned, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can peas and carrots, drained and 1 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut up chicken and place on bottom of pan in margarine.
Place peas and carrots on top.
Mix the soup, broth, Bisquick, mushrooms and onion together. Pour this mixture over the chicken mixture.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400Β° until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
