Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, diced, 2 c. chicken broth, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 c. mushrooms (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook celery, onion and carrots in broth until tender.
Brown mushrooms in melted margarine.
