Marinate chicken or hours in Fajita Marinade (see recipe).

Char-broil chicken slice into 2-inch strips.

Stir-fry in olive oil an equal amount of onion and green pepper strips equal amount of chicken or steak strips. Mixture should be hot with vegetables crunchy. Heat 6 flour tortillas in a plastic Ziploc bag in a microwave oven until warm (do not overcook). Pour stir-fry mixture on a hot platter and serve immediately.
